By accessing and using the services of oamfm, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
oamfm provides specialized technology consulting services in auditing and optimization of radio frequency communication networks, data transmission systems, digital spectrum management, industrial antenna maintenance, and technical feasibility analysis for private telecommunications. Services are provided upon request and mutual agreement.
The user agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials and for immediately notifying any unauthorized use. Misuse of the services may result in immediate suspension of access.
oamfm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
All content, materials, methodologies, and documentation provided by oamfm are the exclusive property of the company. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. oamfm reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately in case of breach of these terms or fraudulent activities.
oamfm reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through our website or by email. Continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
